What we collect
We collect account details such as your email address, name, phone number, membership and booking history. Before anyone trains, we also request emergency contact details and health questionnaire answers to assess gym safety and eligibility. If you contact us, we keep the information needed to respond.
Why we use it
We use your details to manage accounts, memberships, gym access and bookings; contact you about appointments and changes; handle customer support; and keep appropriate business records. We use health questionnaire information with your explicit consent to assess exercise safety and whether a review is needed. Other processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations or operate and protect the service. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it by contacting us; doing so may mean we cannot allow you to train until we can establish it is safe.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments. We do not ask you to send full card details to us. Supabase is used for account and booking data, Vercel hosts the website and Resend delivers transactional emails. These providers process information to provide their services. If you book on behalf of a guest, their contact details are used to send their required registration information.
How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as needed to manage your account and bookings, resolve issues and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Health information should not be kept longer than needed for safety and the relevant legal requirements. You can ask about a specific retention period using the contact details above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to provide access to your personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information where applicable, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for processing that relies on it. You can also raise concerns with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office.
Security and enquiries
